Training is grouped into four pathways: WhatsApp Business & Automation, Digital Marketing & Content Creation, Bookkeeping & How to Manage Money, and How to Treat Customers Well. Every pathway ends with a real task for your shop, stall or service, not a theory paper.

Finishing the programme shows what you have learned. It does not promise growth, loans or grants. Those still depend on your effort and the market around you.
