How we look after your data
A plain-language note for people learning with Senator Natasha Bizcap.
- What we collect
- Your access card number, optional name and LGA, the language you chose, and what you do while learning (lessons, quick checks, tasks and points).
- Why we need it
- So you can pick up where you left off, earn points and badges, and so we can share overall programme numbers, not personal stories.
- Who can see it
- Programme staff can look at learner records when they need to help you. The sponsor (Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan) only sees totals and grouped figures, never your personal learning history. Very small groups are hidden.
- What we never do
- No voter profiling, no tracking of political views, no public leaderboards, and we do not sell your data.
- Your choices
- You can ask programme support to show, correct or delete your data.
- How long we keep it
- We will confirm the retention period before the pilot starts.
