Tap Activate card, type the access number on the front of your card, scratch the panel to reveal the secret code, then enter it. Each card can only be activated once.

Double-check lookalikes like 0 and O, or 1 and I. For safety we do not say which field is wrong. After five failed tries, wait one minute and try again.

Keep using the phone you activated it on. If that was not you, contact programme support with your card details.

Speak with your enrolment officer or programme support. Secret codes cannot be shown again online.

Each lesson shows the languages that are ready. If yours is still coming, we say so clearly and offer another language. We never switch you without asking.

Every lesson has a short written summary, and many have audio versions that use less data. Your progress saves after each lesson.
